St James the Great Church aims to:
Share the Good News of Jesus Christ, to offer a variety of worship, primarily liturgical and eucharistic, to serve local people and to enable them to connect with God through the life of the church.
Offer a place for everyone both as a community and in our church premises, in a relaxed and inclusive manner, in which all are welcomed in a non-judgmental way, where we are more attentive to the needs of the other than any discomfort of our own.
Do the above, wherever possible, in partnership with other agencies, especially those which already use our church premises and especially those which are faith based.
